Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon) on your departure day.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability (additional fees may apply).

Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before check-in.

50% charge: If canceled 3–6 days before check-in.

100% charge: If canceled within 48 hours or in case of no-show.

Yes. A refundable security deposit of 1,000,000 – 3,000,000 VND (depending on the apartment) is required.
This deposit will be fully refunded within 3–5 business days after check-out, provided no damage is found.

Yes. Housekeeping service is provided based on the length of your stay:

  • For stays under 3 nights: Available upon request.

  • For stays of 3 nights or more: Every 2 days.
    Daily cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.

Parties or events are not allowed to maintain a quiet environment.
You may receive visitors during the day, but overnight stays must be registered in advance.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
