About ABA Residence

A 5-star stay — refined & personalized.

Brand Story

ABA Residence is a pioneering brand in Vietnam, offering premium living spaces across two complementary product lines: entire villas for complete, deeply private getaways, and 5-star serviced apartments in premium towers, for flexible short- to long-term stays.

Whether you choose a villa or an apartment, every ABA space is finished with refined interiors and run to a professional standard — delivering a true living experience where guests don’t just stay, they feel truly at home.

Vision & Mission

At ABA Residence, we create spaces that offer more than just a place to stay. We aim to provide a luxurious, private, and personalized lifestyle experience — a second home, wherever our guests are.

In a post-pandemic world, the definition of “accommodation” has changed. People now seek versatile spaces — where they can work, relax, entertain, and feel safe — all in one place.

ABA Residence’s Two Product Lines

Premium Villas — Entire villas with a private pool and spacious garden, a complete space for families or groups of friends, with the ABA team welcoming and supporting guests throughout the stay.

Serviced Apartments — Located in premium apartment towers in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, run on a 24/7 self check-in model, flexible for stays from a few days to several months.

Prime Locations

ABA’s villa sits by the river, secluded and private, offering a fully self-contained retreat. Our serviced apartments are located in the most sought-after areas of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi — just minutes from financial hubs, shopping centers, nightlife, and transportation.

With ABA, guests enjoy the best of both worlds: living like a local, with the comfort and service of an international standard.
